Last updated: March 2026

Agreement to Terms

By accessing ai-engine.net or using any AI Engine API, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not use our services.

Services

AI Engine provides AI-powered APIs for computer vision, image processing, and intelligent automation. Our APIs are distributed through RapidAPI. Access to the APIs requires a RapidAPI account and subscription to the relevant API plan.

API Usage

Acceptable Use

You agree to use our APIs only for lawful purposes. You may not:

Rate Limits and Quotas

Each API plan has defined rate limits and monthly quotas. Exceeding these limits may result in throttled responses or temporary suspension. Persistent abuse may result in account termination. Rate limits and pricing are published on each API's RapidAPI page.

Image Data

Images submitted to our APIs are processed in real time and are not stored after the response is returned. Temporary result files hosted on our CDN are automatically deleted. You retain all rights to your submitted content. We do not use your images for model training or any purpose beyond fulfilling the API request.

Billing and Payments

All billing, payments, and subscription management are handled by RapidAPI. By subscribing to an AI Engine API on RapidAPI, you agree to RapidAPI's Terms of Service and their billing policies. We do not directly process payments or have access to your payment information.

Availability and SLA

We strive to maintain 99.9% uptime for all APIs. However, we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance, infrastructure incidents, or force majeure events may cause temporary unavailability. We will make reasonable efforts to notify users of planned downtime in advance.

Intellectual Property

The AI Engine name, logo, website content, documentation, and blog articles are the property of AI Engine. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our website content without written permission.

The AI models powering our APIs are proprietary or used under license. API access does not grant you any rights to the underlying models, weights, or training data.

Disclaimer of Warranties

Our APIs are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not warrant that:

AI-generated results (colorization, object detection, OCR, etc.) are predictions and should be validated before use in critical applications.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AI Engine shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the API plan in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate API access for any user who violates these terms, abuses rate limits, or uses our services for prohibited purposes. You may cancel your API subscription at any time through RapidAPI.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of France. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of France.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
